This brunch menu is an example of one of our most popular buffets.  The volume of food per guest at your function, will impress all who attend.  Between the crust-less quiches, the waffle station (fresh waffles made to order), to the baked ham, this menu covers all the bases to ensure a spectacular event!

 

 

These pictures were taken about an hour after the outdoor buffet brunch for a post-wedding function had begun.

• Breakfast Fruit Crisp: Fresh berries/fruit baked and topped with homemade granola and nuts. Garnished with yogurt and mint.

Fresh Fruit Platter.

• Crust-less Quiche: Choice of bacon and sausage, broccoli and cheddar, spinach and provolone, or salmon and cream cheese.

• Waffle station: Made to order waffles served with authentic maple syrup and breakfast sausages.

• Assorted mini bagels and mini muffins and pecan sticky buns.

• Chilled Shrimp with sauces: classic cocktail, creamy mustard and remoulade.

• Baked ham with roast potatoes and green beans.

• Tossed green salad.

 

Beverages: Mimosas or Bloody Mary’s by the gallon.
