All foods are made fresh, never prepackaged or store bought.


Creating a spectacular event takes planning, preparation, and the perseverance that only YaDa Chef can provide... Even if you do not have cooking facilities, YaDa Chef will provide these services by bringing the required equipment to ensure your hot foods are hot and your cold foods are cold.

YaDa lasagna

Ground beef baked in layers of pasta and Mozzarella cheese topped with Provolone cheese served with garlic bread.

 

YaDa vegetable lasagna

Fresh vegetables baked in layers of pasta in slow cooked marinara sauce and plenty of Mozzarella and Provolone cheese 

 

 

YaDa stuffed shells

Three cheese stuffed shells slow cooked in marinara sauce served with garlic bread.

 

 

YaDa meatloaf

Tender and delicious, made with either beef or turkey, topped with mushroom gravy served with mashed garlic potatoes and a fresh vegetable.

Chicken breast and mushrooms sautéed with Marsala wine served with roasted potatoes and a fresh vegetable.

 

YaDa garlic chicken pasta

Sautéed chicken breast, broccoli and sweet red pepper tossed with penne pasta served with garlic bread.

Chicken, black beans, cheese, and fresh herbs rolled in flour tortillas, baked in picante sauce, served salsa and sour cream.  Substitute shrimp for chicken

Creating a specific one of kind menu to meet all your needs is important.  

 

Every event is different.  For instance, YaDa Chef provided services for a birthday party held at a Ft. Lauderdale hotel with a Mojito theme. 

The menu consisted of fresh made (never frozen) Spicy Tequila Shrimp over Tapenade on Crustini, Spicy Italian Sausage over Tapenade on Crustini, Curried Chicken Canapés, Chicken Enchiladas, Tropical Shrimp Enchiladas, extensive cheese and fruit platters and finished with multiple cupcake displays.

The YaDa Chef team incorporated the Mojito theme using lime green products and other items with a tropical feel.  From table coverings, waste receptacles, platters, plates, displays... You name it, it was green and tropical.
