Our head chef and owner is Joseph Yacino, joseph@yadachef.com.  

Food and a healthy eating lifestyle is his passion.

Trained in England, Scotland, France, Greece, Italy, Norway, as well as the United States, he has captured the classic and regional styling's of each area.

Part of the opening team for the Saturnia restaurant in the Doral Park Avenue Hotel in New York city.

Chef and co-owner of the Agora restaurant in South Beach, FL .

Managed and cooked in a variety of restaurants from the upscale tapas restaurant El Farol in Sante Fe, New Mexico, to casual eateries including Clancy’s Gourmet Garden Pizza and Raw Bar, Nickels Diner, and a host of other establishments.

 

Bryan Daniel, bryan@yadachef.com, is in charge of the sales and marketing, promotions, as well as administration aspects of our organization.

Working within the public and private sectors, he has gained valuable tools to assist in the quality of our overall products and functionality of our company.

Christine Lesch, christine@yadachef.com, is in charge of our event coordination as well as publications and advertising.

Christine has gained valuable skills during her stays around the world.  Specifically while located in Europe acting as a consultant, her dealings with clients has gained her a vast knowledge of the industry which is a valued asset to our organization.
