This dish is our chef's nephew's specialty.  When needed, YaDa Chef flies Pat into town to make this dish as he is the only one who can do it this well.  Served with a delightful red sauce and topped with mozzarella cheese, this is presented with pasta.  An ode to their Italian heritage.

Glumpkis (Stuffed Cabbage Rolls)

Yet another family tradition, our chef's grandmother's recipe is a trade secret but we can tell you the rolls of cabbage stuffed with a delicious combination of meat, rice and savory spices and slow cooked in a white wine tomato sauce.... Ooops, too much information.  Served with mashed potatoes with several secret ingredients.
