Meals-in-Advance Program
Our discounted Meals-in-Advance menu for next week, the week of February 13, 2012, is being offered at a discounted rate of $11.45 (includes sales tax) per meal.
Orders must be received by Friday, February 10, 2012, 12noon for delivery the following Monday and/or Thursday according to your and our schedule. With this great deal, we do require a four meal order per delivery.

1. Cauliflower Soup with Croutons served with Garden Salad- an elegant , hearty and rustic soup thickened with potatoes, not flour
2. Baked White Fish with Lemon Rice and Vegetable- mild white fish lightly seasoned topped with warm tomato vinaigrette and lemon kissed rice
3. Sheppard’s Pie - YaDa Chef’s version of this British classic, ground turkey and vegetables with a mouth watering gravy topped with mashed sweet potatoes
4. Chicken Wellington with Potatoes and Vegetable - boneless breast of chicken, pate and mushroom duxelle wrapped in pastry and baked to perfection
5. Spicy Grilled Shrimp with Wild Rice and Vegetable-shrimp marinated in a spicy balsamic/tomato mixture skewered and grilled
6. Black Bean Enchiladas- you will not miss the meat, tortillas stuffed with beans, vegetables and a piquante salsa verde (green salsa)
7. Orzo and Vegetable Stuffed Peppers- garden fresh peppers stuffed Italian style with orzo pasta, vegetables, cheese and tomatoes
8. Mediterranean Swordfish with Potatoes and Vegetables- fresh swordfish marinated with lemon, a touch of garlic and fresh herbs will make you dream of the islands
