Meals-in-Advance Program 

Our discounted Meals-in-Advance menu for next week, the week of February 14, 2011, is being offered at a discounted rate of $11.45 (includes sales tax) per meal.

Orders must be received by Friday, January 3, 2012, 12noon for delivery the following Monday and/or Thursday according to your and our schedule.  With this great deal, we do require a four meal order per delivery.

1. Salmon Loaf with Garden Salad - great hot or cold, this is a classic reworked. Salmon combined with peppers, celery, and onions baked and served with a cucumber and dill sauce

2. Pork Alexander with Rice and Vegetable - boneless pork chop lightly browned then baked with dried apricots and maple syrup 

3. Spiced Apple Chicken with Garlic Mashed and Vegetable - savory garlic and pepper sauce is soften by cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg with boneless chicken stuffed and rolled with apples 

4. Tomato, Zucchini Squash and Artichoke Pasta - a taste of Italy bursting with each bite of these Mediterranean flavors 

5. Lemon Pasta with Arugula and Basil - light lemon sauce combined with pepper arugula and basil 

6. Baked Swordfish with Basil/Tomato Pesto, served with Roast Potatoes and Vegetable - fresh swordfish roasted with sundried tomato basil pesto

7. Sauteed Chicken Breast with Mediterranean Warm Bean Salad - boneless chicken served with sauteed tomato and white bean salad 

8. Balsamic Steak with Polenta and Roasted Tomatoes - simply seasoned steak topped with a syrupy reduction of balsamic vinegar, oven roasted cherry tomatoes and parmesan polenta
