Meals-in-Advance Program 

Our discounted Meals-in-Advance menu for next week, the week of January 16, 2012, is being offered at a discounted rate of $11.45 (includes sales tax) per meal.

Orders must be received by Friday, January 13, 2012, 12noon for delivery the following Monday and/or Thursday according to your and our schedule.  With this great deal, we do require a four meal order per delivery.

1. Chinese Gingered Beef with Bok Choy and Noodles - sliced flank steak stir-fried with ginger and garlic in a soy/hoisin sauce, tossed with water chestnuts served with Asian cabbage and noodles

2. Baked Basil Crusted Norwegian Salmon and Ratatouille Salsa with Potato - fresh salmon crusted with basil and parsley served with a salsa made from sauteed eggplant, zucchini, tomatoes and onion

3. Lentil and Onion Pie with YaDa Chef’s Tomato and Parmesan Sauce - a protein packed “pie” made with lentils layered with slow simmered tomato sauce topped with mashed potatoes and parmesan cheese

4. Chicken and Artichokes with Pasta - boneless breast of chicken roasted with artichokes tossed with pasta in a guilt free sherry/rosemary sauce

5. Grilled Salmon with Lime Butter served with Wild Rice and Vegetable - sushi grade salmon fillets grilled to perfection and served with a garlic lime butter a mix of mahogany and wild rice and vegetable

6. Chicken with Basil/Lemon “Cream” Sauce served with Steamed Vegetables - boneless breast of chicken lightly dusted with flour and spices served with YaDa Chef’s healthy dairy free cream sauce and steamed vegetables

7. Pasta Primavera with YaDa Chef’s Vinaigrette Sauce - pasta and farm fresh vegetables lightly blanched tossed with vinaigrette made with lemon and YaDa Chef’s house made white wine vinegar, spices and olive oil

8. Asian Barbecue Flank Steak with Potato and Sauteed Greens - flank steak grilled and basted with house made Asian  barbecue sauce
