Meals-in-Advance Program
Our discounted Meals-in-Advance menu for next week, the week of January 9, 2011, is being offered at a discounted rate of $11.45 (includes sales tax) per meal.
Orders must be received by Friday, January 6, 2011, 12noon for delivery the following Monday and/or Thursday according to your and our schedule. With this great deal, we do require a four meal order per delivery.

1. Curried Fried Rice - pungent and very aromatic stir-fry is typical of Malaysian cuisine
2. Moroccan Chicken with Potato and Vegetable - boneless chicken simmered with dried plums and olives in madeira/honey with North African spices
3. Oriental Beef and Pea Pods with Rice - stir-fried sliced beef in a ginger/soy sauce with mushrooms, bean sprouts and pea pods
4. Pork Stuffed with Blue Cheese and Dried Plums with Rice and Vegetable - tenderloin of pork stuffed and rolled with blue cheese and plums roasted to perfection
5. Penne with Gorgonzola Sauce and Roasted Pepper Strips - penne pasta tossed with a sweet gorgonzola cheese sauce and topped with strips of roasted pepper
6. Parmesan/Lemon Crusted Salmon with Roast Potatoes and Vegetable - wild caught sashimi grade salmon fillets roasted with lemon, parmesan and thyme
7. Shrimp Tomato Risotto - a fresh twist on this Italian classic. Creamy rissoto rice mixed with tomatoes, basil and shrimp
8. Classic Chicken Divan - poached chicken and broccoli florets topped with a parmesan cream sauce
